Responsible service of alcohol eLearning
This project was built using Articulate, a rapid authoring tool and employed a constructivist approach to self-paced eLearning, combining narrative, audio and interactivity to engage learners.

Blended learning design
This project combined Gagne's 'Conditions of Learning' as a framework and Magers 'Criterion Referenced Instruction' as a curriculum structuring mechanism, to deliver a sophisticated yet flexible learning strategy blending self-paced eLearning, audio-based simulation, telephone-based assessment and workplace mentoring to drive learners toward mastery.
